New Road Guest House offers a convenient location, making it one of the best places to stay in the capital. It is close to the main pier and skytrain station, allowing easy access to various attractions. It is also within walking distance to Chinatown and the main railway station. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing useful information about Bangkok and Thailand. The rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced, offering air conditioning and a homely atmosphere. they offer a variety of tours and have a travel desk for guests' convenience.
Some rooms may have insufficient lighting, but the staff is readily available to assist with any issues.

Property slightly outdated, good water pressure, very firm mattress. Excellent staff, very helpful with tours, suggestions, and arranging airport transport. Location quiet and easily accessible, lots of transit options. Kettle in room, tea/coffee replenished daily, fresh towels daily. Close to jetty and affordable taxis. Few nearby restaurants.

I had a great stay at this hotel in a more relaxed area of Silom. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby activities and attractions. The breakfast provided was delicious and there was a good range of options available. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, with two queen size beds providing plenty of sleeping space.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't have asked for more.

The location of the hotel was perfect for sightseeing. It was close to everything and the ferry was just a short walk away. The staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smile. They spoke English very well, made communication easy. The hotel facilities were great, with a 24-hour security, safety box, and luggage storage. The public area was open and inviting, allowing guests to meet and interact with each other. The hotel also had a travel agency, making it convenient to plan and book activities. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the breakfast provided was delicious.
